- Educating & coaching employees on the applicable HR practices, tools or components thereof
- Pro-actively managing the HR practice cycles such as; performance contracting, review & calibration; remuneration surveys, review and calibration; workforce planning as well as learning and development
- Actively managing ad hoc HR events such as on-boarding of new employees; dealing with IR cases inclusive of CCMA and managing the exit of employees as well as exit interviews
- Compiling and submission of statutory reports such as Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Employment Equity (EE) plan
- Compiling role profiles/task lists for all roles (everybody) and to construct and maintain a competency framework
- Managing all 3rd party HR service providers on behalf of the client
