    Dr Dennis Farrell

    Dr Dennis Farrell, has held various senior positions in business, and has received accolades for his leadership and wider business contributions as well as an honourable mention in a worldwide event for his approach, leadership and management of Shared Services (Business Proficiency). Dennis has in-depth experience in leading and managing HR and Shared Services centres in the financial services industry. Dennis obtained a Doctorate (DBA) on: “Extended Shared Services: A case study of the development of an extended Shared Services function in a financial services organization” , has completed leadership programme (Managing Corporate Resources) at IMD in Switzerland and lectures at NMU Business School in HR and business management related programmes

    Murray Burger

    Murray Burger, has held line as well as senior HR positions and is registered with the HPCSA (Reg. No. 0027391) as a psychologist. He lectured for ten years at the University of Johannesburg (RAU) to post graduate students on remuneration, performance and HR cost management. He has done national and international research on a Work-Life Renewal Model to enhance organisational exit strategies, and the development of sustainable SMEs. The implementation of this approach won him an Absa Prestige Award. Murray completed a transformational leadership development programme with USB, Insead and other leading international universities. Knowledge and skills gained, equipped and enabled Murray to develop and coach leaders
